[目的/意义]随着信息技术的快速发展和广泛应用,IT服务管理已成为企业运营的核心组成部分.然而,随着网络安全威胁的日益严峻,如何在IT服务管理流程中充分融入安全性考量、优化流程以降低风险、确保服务稳定可靠是亟待解决的重要课题.[方法/过程]从理论上探讨安全性在IT服务管理流程中的位置和融入方式,分析现存流程中的安全问题、成因和影响,提出一套面向安全性的流程优化策略.[结果/结论]通过强化、创新安全防护和响应流程,构建与实施安全性审核和改进机制,以及深度融合安全技术和管理策略等优化措施,可以有效地提高IT服务管理的安全性,保障企业信息系统的稳定运行.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]With the rapid development and wide application of information technology,IT service management has become the core component of enterprise operation.However,with the increasing threat of network security,how to integrate security considerations into IT service management process to reduce risk and ensure stable and reliable service is an important issue.[Method/Process]This paper first theoretically discusses the location and integration of security in IT service management processes,and then analyzes the security issues and their causes and impacts.[Results/Conclusion]By strengthening and innovating security protection and response processes,establishing and implementing security review and improvement mechanisms,and deeply integrating security technologies and management strategies and other optimization measures,the security of IT service management can be effectively improved and the stable operation of enterprise information systems can be guaranteed.
