In 1994,the European Union(EU)announced the construction of the"information superhighway",which opened the prelude to the development of digitalization,and at the same time,it is also the embryonic period of the development of the EU cyber security industry.Since then,the EU has successively issued a series of top-level documents and laws and regulations on cyber security strategy,which has promoted the vigorous development of cyber security industry in the EU.In order to provide a more comprehensive and clear panorama of the EU's cyber security industry,this paper first reviews the development process of the EU's cyber security strategy,then collates the main cyber security policies and regulations issued by the EU in the past decade and selects typical policies and regulations for analysis,and finally introduces the organization structure and market pattern of the EU's cyber security.
