In recent years,the private sector plays an important role in geopolitical conflicts,especially in cyber security protection of critical infrastructure.The outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict made the U.S.government more aware of the necessity to establish wartime collaboration.On October 4,2023,the Atlantic Council of the United States released The Sixth Domain:The Role of the Private Sector in Warfare,which focuses on the role,activities and inclusion of the private sector in operation planning,and proposes ten measures for the United States to fully integrate the power of private enterprises into operation planning.
