Managing the Internet with the law and improving the legal system of cyber security is an important part of maintaining national cyber security and a necessary guarantee for China's long-term stability.The legal system of cyber security mainly includes the system of cyber security policies and regulations,the system of cyber security supervision,and the system of cyber security guarantee.Based on the status quo of China's cyber security legal system,this paper analyzes the existing problems,and explores the improvement path of the cyber security legal system from four aspects:constructing a scientifically complete and hierarchical cyber security policy and regulation system,creating a collaborative governance mechanism of"government enterprise cooperation and political social interaction",strengthening the construction of cyber security supervision technology,and constructing a comprehensive and diverse cyber security legal publicity system.
