浅谈高职院校国家助学金评定存在的问题及对策

摘要
国家助学金是帮助贫困学生顺利完成学业的一项惠民工程。然而，国家助学金的评定工作因受诸多因素影响，在评定中贫困生的认定及其资助过程中的一些问题日益暴露出来。为了体现国家实施奖助学金的激励和资助作用，本文在借鉴前人研究的基础上分析了存在问题的原因，提出了合理化的建议和对策。
Abstract
National grants as a huimin engineering is to help undergraduate with financial difficulties complete their studies smoothly. However, national grants policy in vocational colleges exposed some problems in the process of funding due to the influence of many factors. In view of some previous researches and investigations, this article analyzes the reasons of the problems, and puts forward the constructive suggestions and countermeasures in order to further improve the incentive and funding of national grants.
