目前,物联网和大数据技术的发展和使用掀起了一场新的工业革命.其中,广泛的网络连接和数据交换使制造技术和制造流程正在变得自动化和智能化.在智能制造的背景下,加强对智能制造过程中装配工艺数据的安全保障,是实现产品安全生产和交付的一个关键因素.本文以智能制造场景中的装配工艺多模态数据为研究基础,提出了一种基于物联网边缘的多模态数据质量保障方法.本方法可对用于智能决策的多模态数据存在的冗余标签进行清洗,以提升智能制造场景中装配过程中的数据质量,进而保障生产安全.
The development and utilization of the Internet of Things(IoT)and Big Data technologies have sparked a new industrial revolution.The extensive network connectivity and data exchange in this context are enabling manufacturing technologies and processes to become increasingly automated and intelligent.In this scenario,ensuring the security of assembly process data in intelligent manufacturing becomes a crucial factor for the safe production and delivery of products.This paper is based on the multi-modal data of assembly processes in the intelligent manufacturing environment.It proposes an IoT-edge-based approach for ensuring the quality of multi-modal data.The method involves cleaning redundant labels from multi-modal data used for decision-making,thereby enhancing data quality during the assembly process in intelligent manufacturing and ultimately ensuring production safety.
