摘要
数字孪生是推动企业数字化转型的关键技术之一,但该技术在企业数字化转型的应用还处于起步阶段.为了让数字孪生技术更好地服务企业数字化转型,本文首先对数字孪生的起源、定义及主要应用的 4 个方向,即数字工程、实时推演、数字代理和可视化表达进行了介绍.然后对企业数字化转型的概念与业务形态进行了介绍,并进一步分析了企业数字化的 4 个技术需求:需求感知在线化、控制资源在线化、自主决策自动化、数字融合.最后基于数字孪生技术能力,提出了数字孪生在数字融合、自主决策自动化、人机交互、决策理解 4 个方向上支撑企业数字化转型.
Abstract
Digital twins are one of the key technologies driving enterprise digital transformation,but their application in this area is still in its early stages.In order to better serve enterprise digital transformation,this article first introduces the origin,definition,and main applications of digital twins in four directions such as digital engineering,real-time simulation,digital agents,and visual representation.Then,it introduces the concept and business forms of enterprise digital transformation,and further analyzes the four technological requirements for enterprise digitization such as online demand perception,online resource control,autonomous decision-making automation,and heterogeneous digital integration.Finally,based on the capabilities of digital twin technology,this article proposes four key application directions for digital twins in supporting enterprise digitization such as digital integration,autonomous decision-making,human-machine interaction,and decision understanding.
