In response to the tool scheduling problem in flexible manufacturing systems,this paper adopts a heuristic rule algorithm with demand time priority to calculate the tool requirements of the equipment,and proposes a heuristic rule algorithm that comprehensively considers three optimization objectives such as tool transportation cost,urgency of tool requirements,and completeness of tool requirements to solve the instruction set of the tool transportation manipulator.Through an example verification of a flexible production line in a certain aviation enterprise,the demand time first heuristic algorithm can obtain a target solution suitable for the input of tool transportation scheduling calculation.The tool transportation scheduling algorithm that combines three optimization objectives can obtain a set of robotic arm instructions that meet production needs.
