One of the necessary approaches for the cement industry to transition from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing is the research and application of intelligent technology.In recent years,many cement enterprises have made much research on production intelligence,but there are still problems such as imperfect control loop,low level of intelligent control,and unsound intelligent decision-making.In this paper,with cement green,high-performance production,and load reduction and efficiency as the goal,after scientific and technological research and engineering verification,we have for the first time constructed a cement production intelligent system structure integrating production process data acquisition,intelligent identification of working conditions,multi-strategy in intelligent optimization control and intelligent production management.We developed multiple data processing and fusion software,and broke through the bottleneck of accurately extracting the information on the composition of raw materials,temperature of the firing zone,and the distribution of cement particle size,with an accuracy of state identification of up to 10.5 percent.It has broken the bottleneck of raw material composition,firing zone temperature,and cement particle size distribution information extraction,and the accuracy of state identification reaches more than 80%.This paper has also developed the optimization control technology of the whole process and compiled the corresponding control software to realize the intelligent optimization control of cement production.The technology developed in this paper has been successfully applied to more than 100 production lines,including cement giant Lafarge Group,cement enterprises in Russia and South Africa,China National Building Material Group,Shanshui Group,etc.,with great social benefits.
