With the continuous advancement of science and technology and the improvement of digital application level,various industries are facing new work forms and challenges in their respective fields.With the rapid development of technological and industrial revolutions in the new era,digital construction has provided an important internal driving force for enterprises to maintain high-quality development.In former times there were outdated production methods and relatively low levels of digitization in float glass production lines,which brought corresponding challenges to the good development of the glass industry.In this context,the proper handling of digitization construction,data collection,environmental monitoring,quality monitoring,and other aspects has greatly helped the decision-making,execution,and supervision of float glass production,especially after integrating the MES system into the float glass production line,a more scientific and effective production management model can be formed,which can also provide strong support for improving the quality and efficiency of float glass production.
