摘要

随着《建材工业"十四五"发展实施意见》的发布,中国建材行业正在迎来产业变革,新的机遇和挑战并存.在此背景下,智能化水泥工厂及智能化实验室成为行业的重要发展方向.本文选取水泥行业智能化实验室示范项目,介绍了具有自主知识产权的智能化实验室在水泥工厂的应用,包括整体质量控制流程、智能化实验室检测功能和行业首台(套)出厂水泥智能化管理系统、MLD法先进检测技术及配套自动化装备,通过与传统人工数据对比,验证了智能化系统在水泥生产中的可靠性、准确性和效率提升作用,为建材企业和科研院所提供了新的技术支持和装备应用,有助于推动建材行业实现流程工业智能化生产.

Abstract

With the release of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan Development Implementation Opinions on Building Materials Industry,China's building materials industry is ushering in industrial changes and new opportunities and challenges.In this context,intelligent cement factories and intelligent laboratories have become an important development direction of the industry.This paper selected the intelligent manufacturing demonstration project in cement industry,introduced the application of intelligent laboratory with independent intellectual property rights of cement factory,including the overall quality control process,intelligent laboratory testing function,the industry's first set of intelligent cement management system,MLD method advanced testing technology,and supporting automation equipment.By comparing with the traditional manual data,the reliability,accuracy,and efficiency of the intelligent system in cement production are verified,which provides new technical support and equipment application for building materials enterprises and research institutes,and helps to promote the intelligent production of process industry in the building materials industry.
