摘要
工业绿色低碳发展是推动经济高质量发展的必然选择,也是贯彻绿色发展理念的必然要求.当前,我国工业已具备绿色低碳发展的条件.工业绿色低碳发展是以资源能源消耗低、环境污染和碳排放量少、科技含量高、经济效益好为特征的新型工业化道路.目前,我国工业绿色低碳发展面临宏观、中观、微观层面的现实问题,须正确处理好政府与市场在资源配置中的关系,采取搭建减碳组织体系,完善管理机制,推广成熟模式,加大科技创新等措施推动工业绿色低碳高质量发展.
Abstract
Industrial green and low-carbon development is an inevitable choice to promote high-quality economic development,and also a necessary requirement to implement the concept of green development.Currently,China's industry has the conditions for green and low-carbon development.Industrial green and low-carbon development is a new industrialization path characterized by low resource and energy consumption,low environmental pollution and carbon emissions,high technological content,and good economic benefits.At present,China's industrial green and low-carbon development is facing practical problems at the macro,meso,and micro levels.Therefore,it is necessary to properly handle the relationship between the government and the market in resource allocation,adopt measures such as building a carbon reduction organizational system,improve management mechanisms,promote mature models,and increase technological innovation to effectively promote green and low-carbon industrial development.
