Survey&Outlook of Data Intellectual Property in Process of China's New Industrialization
As the fifth production factor,data elements have provided new impetus for economic growth in China's new industrialization process.Data intellectual property has become a new focus and growth point in the field of data due to its potential to generate value and promote innovation.In this paper,review was conducted on the process of institutional construction in China's data intellectual property field from establishment to continuous improvement,current development status was introduced.Then,a summary of data intellectual property policies,and institutional construction work in the first batch of pilot projects in various provinces and cities was made,both similarities,and differences of existing data intellectual property policies in each province and city were studied,compared,and analyzed.Finally,the development prospects and opportunities of data intellectual property in China's new industrialization process were discussed,and corresponding suggestions were given.
