摘要
在数字化转型的大背景下,数据在制造业企业中已然成为核心驱动要素,扮演着重要的角色.但制造业中的数据质量、一致性和可用性等管理仍然存在多种制约与挑战.制造业企业的数据要素治理是通过一种体系化的方法对数据管理的各方面进行治理提升,保障各环节、各周期数据完整、可信和可用.本文旨在探讨一种适用于制造业企业数据要素治理的概念、原则、框架和实践,并提供相关案例分析,为制造业企业数据要素治理提供研究案例与实施路径.
Abstract
In the context of digital transformation,data has become a core driving factor and plays an important role in manufacturing enterprises.However,there are still various constraints and challenges in the management of data quality,consistency,and availability in the manufacturing industry.The governance of data elements in manufacturing enterprises is to improve the governance of all aspects of data management through a systematic approach,ensuring the integrity,credibility,and availability of data in all stages and cycles.This article aims to explore the concept,principles,framework,and practice of data element governance applicable to manufacturing enterprises,and provide relevant case studies to provide research cases and implementation paths for data element governance in manufacturing enterprises.
