Exploration and Analysis of Digital Transformation for Minor Enterprises in the Manufacturing Industry——Based on Jiaxing of Zhejiang Province
Under the background of new industrialization,due to a lack of funds,technology,and talent,many minor enterprises in the manufacturing industry have been reluctant,hesitant,and unable to undergo digital transformation,which has become a common problem that troubles governments in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.In recent years,Jiaxing has comprehensively promoted the digital and green transformation,effectively enhancing the high-end,intelligent,and green level of the manufacturing industry,especially effectively promoting the digital transformation of a number of minor enterprises.Based on the above efforts,the number of digital transformation projects has steadily increased,and production efficiency and other transformation performance indicators have significantly improved.This paper briefly elaborates on the important significance of promoting the digital transformation of minor enterprises,summarizes the relevant experience and practices of Jiaxing,studies the existing problems,and proposes suggestions,which can provide useful references for the digital transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in other regions.
