The Current Status and Mechanism Research of Industrial Internet Industry-Education Integration
The Industrial Internet,as a crucial infrastructure for the new industrialization,not only drives industrial upgrading but also imposes higher demands on talents.There is a shortage of talent and an imbalance in structure in the field of Industrial Internet in China,which hinders innovative development.This study proposes that implementing an industry-education integration strategy can construct a talent cultivation mechanism for the Industrial Internet,with a focus on integrating IT(Information Technology)and OT(Operational Technology)education content deeply rooted in the actual needs of the industry.The research analyzes the background and current situation of the integration of industry and education in the Industrial Internet,and designs a talent cultivation mechanism that adapts to the needs of industrial development,providing strong support for the development of the Industrial Internet and the new industrialization in China.
