摘要
为科学评价企业数字化供应链能力和水平,帮助企业锁定痛点问题,抓准发展重点,打造高效、柔性、可控的数字化供应链体系,本文提出一套基于成熟度视角的数字化供应链评价体系.该体系从体系设计、平台赋能、业务运营和效能效益4个方面建立评价框架,给出了具体的评价指标,并基于该框架采用熵权法实现了数字化供应链等级评价.通过对某企业开展数字化供应链等级评价,分析该企业在数字化供应链建设、运营中面临的短板和痛点,评价结果验证了本文所提方法的科学性和有效性.
Abstract
In order to scientifically evaluate the capability and level of digital supply chain,help enterprises identify pain points,pinpoint development priorities,and build an efficient,flexible,and controllable digital supply chain system,this paper proposes a set of digital supply chain evaluation system based on maturity perspective,establishes an evaluation framework from four aspects including system design,platform empowerment,business operation,and efficiency benefit,and gives specific evaluation indicators.Based on this framework,the entropy method is used to implement the grade evaluation of digital supply chain.By conducting a digital supply chain grade evaluation for a certain enterprise and analyzing the shortcomings and pain points faced by the enterprise in its digital supply chain construction and operation,the evaluation results verify the scientificity and effectiveness of the above method.
