轴承热处理是提高轴承品质的关键工艺之一,培养具有轴承热处理专业知识、实践和创新能力的人才对我国轴承行业发展具有重要意义.针对传统实体轴承热处理实验模式受限于设备要求高、成本高等因素,以及在课程实验中应用困难的问题,以《轴承热处理技术》课程为典型案例,构建"四层次双模块"的滚动轴承热处理虚拟仿真实验平台,并对比三年来全教学过程中实验指标的变化情况.数据显示本试验获得了良好的实验成效.
Research on Virtual Simulation Experiment of Heat Treatment of Rolling Baring Teaching Reform
Bearing heat treatment is one of the key processes to improve bearing quality.Cultivating talents with professional knowledge,practical skills,and innovative abilities in bearing heat treatment is of great significance to the development of China's bearing industry.Due to the limitations of traditional bearing heat treatment experimental modes,such as high equipment requirements and high costs,it is difficult to apply them in course experiments.Taking the Bearing Heat Treatment Technology course as a typical case,a four-level dual module rolling bearing heat treatment virtual simulation experimental platform was constructed.By comparing experimental indicators over three years of the entire teaching process,the data demonstrates that excellent experimental results have been achieved.
