Analysis of the Progress in the Application of 3D Printing Technology in the Molding of Rubber Insulation Layers
This paper systematically analyzes the latest advancements in the application of 3D printing technology in the molding of rubber insulation layers,with a focus on discussing its technical advantages and challenges.By comparing the applicability of fused deposition modeling(FDM),selective laser sintering(SLS),and stereo lithography apparatus(SLA)printing technologies,the impact of each process on the properties of rubber materials is clarified.The research emphasizes the importance of material modification,such as blending and chemical modification,to enhance printing performance and environmental adaptability.Optimization of process parameters,including layer thickness,speed,temperature,and support path design,is crucial for ensuring product quality.In the future,multi-material integration,digital design,and standardized specifications will be key directions for technological development,indicating that 3D printing will achieve a more efficient,environmentally friendly,and intelligent leap in the manufacturing of rubber insulation layers.
