This paper discusses on the design of overall scheme of appearance quality of the cigarette packing online detection system based on machine vision,and according to the specific situation of cigarette packaging line,the detection position of the cigarette packet and image acquisition scheme are presented.It proposes a fast image registration algorithm for cigarette packing quality detection,and realizes the algorithm in open-source computer vision library OpenCV.The experimental results show that,the algorithm has fast calculation speed,high detection precision,it can meet the demands of cigarette packing quality detection.
