Design of standardized collation system for ocean observation data
With the rapid growth of various ocean observation data,the problems such as inconsistent data collection styles,overlapping hierarchical directories and directory codes to be modified have become in-creasingly prominent,which are not conducive to data transmission and storage.In order to solve the above problems,a standardized collation system for ocean observation data is designed and developed.The system supports flexible addition,deletion and modification of the collation and configuration information,which realizes the major functions such as data generation information analysis,data catalog and file filtering,data standardization for ocean observation data,and so on.The system has been deployed in some nodes of Chi-nese marine system,and its operational results have verified its reliability and scalability.
