面向设备虚拟化的微服务多态封装方法研究

针对传统微服务封装方法在应用于工业领域时,面对工业设备种类多样、与生产过程关联紧密的场景,体现出泛化扩展能力不足的现状,文中提出了一种面向工业设备能力虚拟化的微服务多态封装方法。通过提出的接口微服务、微服务继承、微服务多态的概念,提高了微服务组件的可扩展性和复用能力。该方法已成功应用于3D打印机互联系统,明显提升了工业设备的切换效率,也降低了工业设备与生产过程的耦合度。
Research on microservice polymorphic encapsulation method for equipment virtualization
When the traditional microservice encapsulation method is applied in the industrial field,it faces of the scene that various types of industrial equipment are closely related to the production process,which reflects the current situation of insufficient generalization and expansion ability.Thereofore,this paper pro-poses an equipment virtualization oriented microservice polymorphic encapsulation method.Through the proposed concepts of interface microservices,microservice inheritance,and microservice polymorphism,the scalability and reusability of microservice components are improved.This method has been successfully ap-plied to the 3D printer interconnection system,which significantly improves the switching efficiency of in-dustrial equipment and reduces the coupling between industrial equipment and the production process.
