晶闸管强迫换流虚拟仿真实验建模与分析

针对120°导电型逆变器中晶闸管的强迫换流过程复杂,传统硬件实验无法完成测试的现状,研究了晶闸管强迫换流虚拟仿真实验的建模方法.该方法利用Simulink工具箱搭建晶闸管三相桥式串联二极管式电流型逆变器实验模型,仿真分析了交流电动机反电动势和漏阻抗对换流过程产生的影响、换流二极管的临界导通条件和换流电容的充放电过程,测试了反电动势负载条件下三相全桥电流型逆变器的谐波影响.仿真结果表明,该模型能够直观和真实地反映逆变器中晶闸管的强迫换流过程,提供了有效的虚拟仿真实验教学资源.
Modeling and analysis of thyristor forced commutation virtual simulation experiment
Since the forced commutation process of thyristors in the 120° conductive inverter is complex and the traditional hardware experiments are inable to complete the test,the modeling method of thyristor forced commutation virtual simulation experiment is studied.The method uses Simulink toolbox to build the experi-ment model of thyristor three-phase bridge series diode current source inverter.The influence of back elec-tromotive force and leakage impedance of AC motor on commutation process,the critical conduction condi-tion of commutation diode as well as the charging and discharging process of commutation capacitor are sim-ulated and analyzed.Besides,the harmonic influence of three-phase full bridge current source inverter un-der back electromotive force load is tested.Simulation results show that the model can directly and truly re-flect the forced commutation process of the thyristor in the inverter,and provide effective virtual simulation experimental teaching resources.
