基于STM32的智能物流分拣小车系统设计

针对当前快递大量增加,人工分练的效果并不理想的现状,设计了一款在精度、灵敏度、抗干扰性和成本低等综合性能上更优的智能物流分拣小车.该小车是以STM32F407开发板上的数字摄像头接口,通过摄像头识别到的二维码图像信息及红外反射传感器信息,使小车能够到达目的地卸下包裹.同时该设计使用了 2.8寸的液晶显示模块,将识别信息显示在屏幕上,并加入了语音播报模块播报小车当前的工作状态.该系统已成功应用于快递站物流分拣中,实践证明该系统对物流分拣工作效果明显.
Design of intelligent logistics sorting car system based on STM32
Based on the current situation of a large increase in express delivery and the not ideal effect of manual sorting,an intelligent logistics sorting car with better comprehensive performance such as accuracy,sensitivity,anti-interference and low cost is designed.The car is based on the digital camera interface on the STM32F407 development board.The two-dimensional code image information and infrared reflection sensor information identified by the camera enable the car to reach the destination and unload the package.At the same time,the design uses a 2.8-inch LCD module to display the recognition information on the screen,and adds the voice broadcast module to broadcast the current working state of the car.The system has been successfully applied to the logistics sorting of express stations,and the practice has proved that the system is effective for logistics sorting.
