Design of high precision current sense circuit for power MOS switch
With the development of military equipment,industrial control,intelligent vehicles and other fields,the demand for power MOS switch driver is increasing,and their reliability,safety and other per-formance requirements are also gradually improving.In order to ensure the power MOS transistor to work under safe current,a high-precision high side current detection circuit is designed.By using the compound chopper amplifier,the influence of offset voltage on current sampling accuracy is greatly reduced,and the circuit system has sufficient response speed.The circuit is designed with CSMC 0.18μm high-voltage BCD process.After adding 10mV input offset voltage,the measurement accuracy can still reach 99%,and the bandwidth can reach 3MHz.
