Performance evaluation of university teachers based on cross efficiency of entropy weight network
In order to objectively and effectively evaluate the scientific research performance of university teachers and promote the reasonable allocation of hardware resources,this paper comprehensively uses en-tropy weight method and network cross efficiency and other methods to construct the evaluation index and model of the scientific research performance of university teachers,and makes an empirical analysis with the data of a domestic university.The results show that the cross efficiency model of entropy weight network con-structed breaks through the limitation of the traditional Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)on the number of indicators and avoids the subjective influence of personnel evaluation.Through the visualization of the cross-efficiency network,the comparison between any decision making units is realized,and the identification a-bility of the model and the discrimination degree of evaluation are greatly improved,which can provide a strategic basis for the management of scientific research in universities.
