Oscillation propagation analysis of refinery units based on temporal pattern attention
The existing methods for oscillation propagation analysis in refinery units construct oscillation propagation causal models with many redundant and false causal relationships.To this end,a method based on temporal pattern attention for oscillation propagation analysis in refinery units is proposed.Considering the strong ability of temporal pattern attention to extract the periodic features of oscillation data,it is com-bined with Granger causality analysis to construct oscillation propagation causal models.The method con-structs causal models with less redundancy and false causal relationships.To reduce the computational com-plexity of the proposed method,the process variables of the refinery unit are grouped using design structure matrix.The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated on a dynamic simulation model of a fluid cata-lytic cracking fractionating system.
