基于STM32的智能视觉小车控制系统设计

针对传统物料运载小车智能化程度差、运输效率低以及稳定性弱等缺点,为了减轻劳动强度,提高物料运载小车控制系统的智能化水平,以STM32F407处理器为控制核心,使用直流减速电机驱动麦克纳姆轮实现小车全方位移动,利用光电开关检测物料触发摄像头,通过Open MV扫描物料二维码获取信息,识别特征点,采用单舵机控制机械臂获取和释放物料,实现目标物的识别和搬运功能.测试结果表明:智能视觉运载小车系统能够准确识别和稳定运行,具有识别精度高、实时性能好、运输效率高等特点,满足总体设计要求,具有一定的应用推广价值.
The design of control system for intelligent visual trolley-vehicle based on STM32
In order to reduce people's labor intensity and improve the intelligent level of the control system for the material carrying trolley,the control system for the material carrying trolley is designed based on STM32 microcontrollers to tackle the disadvantages of poorly intelligent,low transportation efficiency and weak stability of the traditional material carrying trolley.It uses the Mecanum wheel to drive in all direc-tions by the DC geared motor to move the overall structure,scans the QR code to obtain information and i-dentifies materials using the Open MV camera which is triggered by the photoelectric switch,and controlled by a single steering gear to grab and release materials using a mechanical claw.The test results show that the material carrying trolley intelligent control system can recognition feature accurately and move steadily,which meets the design requirements.The material carrying trolley intelligent control system has the advan-tages of high recognition accuracy,good real-time performance,strong transportation efficiency and better scalability,and has a promotion of value in the applications.
