突发公共安全事件的舆情演化分析模型研究

摘要
为精准分析突发公共安全事件的舆情信息,文中提出一种舆情演化分析模型.首先利用生命周期理论将事件划分为多个发展阶段;其次利用LDA模型提取各阶段的公众关注主题;最后利用SnowNLP分析不同阶段的文本数据的情感倾向.以真实事件的评论文本为实验数据,挖掘公众的关注主题及情感态度,说明了模型的应用过程及可行性,为相关部门有效获取并及时处理舆情信息提供帮助.
Abstract
In order to accurately analyze the public opinion information of public security emergencies,this paper proposes a public opinion evolution analysis model.Firstly,the life cycle theory is used to divide the event into multiple development stages.Secondly,the LDA model is used to extract the theme of public concern at each stage.Finally,SnowNLP is used to analyze the emotional tendencies of text data at different stages.Taking the comment text of real events as the experimental data and mining the public's focus and emotional attitude illustrate the application process and feasibility of the model,and provide help for rele-vant departments to effectively obtain and timely handle public opinion information.
