摘要
为实现对医疗服务大数据基本管理需求的满足,基于Spark计算平台下的R语言二次开发组件,研究一种充分简化且具有较高数据管理效能的医疗服务大数据管理信息系统.该系统建构中将Spark开发环境结合DBase数据库、Redis数据库和API数据接口等开发工具,实现了医院行政管理大数据预警控件系统设计.并针对该系统实施仿真测试,结果表明在Spark系统的管理模式下,可以显著提升医技护人员管理效率.由此可以看出在医疗服务大数据管理中,应用Spark系统可以提升医院的医疗服务效率,对医院的营收能力和社会责任具有一定促进作用.
Abstract
In order to meet the basic management requirements of medical service big data,a fully simpli-fied medical service big data management information system with high data management efficiency is stud-ied based on the secondary development component of R language under the Spark computing platform.In this system construction,Spark development environment is combined with development tools such as DBase database,Redis database,and API data interface realizing the design of hospital administrative management big data early warning control system.A simulation test is conducted on this system,and the results show that the management mode of Spark system can significantly improve the management efficiency of medical and technical personnel.Therefore,it can be seen from this that in the management of medical service big data,the application of Spark system can improve the efficiency of medical services in hospitals,and has a certain promoting effect on the revenue capacity and social responsibility of hospitals.
