数字背景下影响教师职业化发展的回归分析

摘要
过往针对教师职业化发展影响因素的研究未考虑数字信息化的影响,而基于当前信息技术与教学融合的新模式教学背景,数字信息化对教师职业化发展的影响是无法忽视的.文中以上海地区高等医科类学校的专兼职教师为对象,采取问卷调查的形式进行调研,并根据调研数据建立多元线性回归模型,回归结果表明,自身勤奋和数字教学掌握程度等4个测度指标对教师职业化发展满意度存在较为明显的影响.数字背景下教师职业化发展影响因素回归模型拟合度明显优于未考虑数字信息化影响的模型,并进行可行性分析证明其具备较为良好的可推广性.
Abstract
In the past,the research on the influencing factors of teachers'professional development did not consider the influence of digital informatization.Based on the background of the new teaching mode of informa-tion technology and teaching integration,the influence of digital informatization on teachers'professional devel-opment cannot be ignored.This paper takes the full-time and part-time teachers of higher medical schools in Shanghai as the object,adopts the form of questionnaire survey,and establishes a multiple linear regression model based on the survey data.The regression results show that the four measurement indicators such as their own diligence and digital teaching mastery have a significant impact on the satisfaction of teachers'professional development.The fitting degree of the regression model of the influencing factors of teachers'professional devel-opment from the perspective of digital information is obviously better than that of the model without considering the influence of digital information,and the feasibility analysis proves that it has good generalization.
