心率变异性信号的检测与仿真分析

心率变异性信号易受干扰而导致严重失真,为了提升心率变异性信号检测系统的抗干扰性能和检测效率,更有效地"复原"失真的数据点,设计了基于奇异函数法和马尔可夫链预测法的心率变异性信号联合检测算法,利用样本序列进行了仿真实验,并从样本序列截取数据长度(m)和分类数目(k)两个维度进行分析,仿真结果表明m和k对算法的时间复杂度(O)以及预测准确度(q)有极为重要的影响。在实际工程应用中,可参考仿真结果对系统的参数进行设定,从而实现检测速度和准确率的兼顾与平衡。
Detection and simulation analysis of HRV signal
Heart Rate Variability(HRV)signal is easy to be disturbed,resulting in serious distortion.In order to improve the anti-interference performance and detection efficiency of the HRV signal detection sys-tem,so as to more effectively"recover"the distorted data points,this paper designs a joint detection algo-rithm based on the singular function method and Markov chain prediction method,and carries out a predic-tion simulation experiment using the sample sequence.The experiment analyzes the sample interception length(m)and classification number(k),and the results show that m and k have extremely important effects on the time complexity(O)and prediction accuracy(q)of the algorithm.In practical engineering applications,the parameters of the system can be set according to the simulation results,so as to achieve the balance between the detection speed and accuracy.
