针对气象站故障检测的需求,研制了基于置信规则库的气象站故障检测专家系统.专家系统利用前期建立起来的气象站的气象数据库,根据当前实时气象数据,通过改进的置信规则库模型结合专家经验知识自动完成数据分析和处理、是否有故障判断并对故障程度进行等级划分.工作人员在进行现场故障检测之前,只需通过气象站传感器故障专家系统对异常传感器进行辅助诊断,确定故障等级后依据故障等级携带相应检修设备或需更换的零部件进入现场实施检查和维修.实验测试表明系统对各个设备的总体平均检测准确率从69.8%提高到85.7%,极大提升了检测的效率和准确性.
Fault detection expert system for weather station based on confidence rule base
In order to meet the requirement of fault detection for meteorological stations,a fault detection expert system for weather station based on confidence rule base is developed.Through the reliable weather station meteorological database established in the early stage,the expert system automatically completes data analysis and processing through the artificial intelligence algorithm model combined with expert experience and knowledge to decide whether the data of the meteorological sensor is abnormal,complete the prelimina-ry work of fault diagnosis,and rank the cause of the fault.Before on-site fault detection,the staff only needs to carry out auxiliary diagnosis for abnormal sensors through the sensor fault expert system of the me-teorological station,and the corresponding maintenance equipment or parts are replaced into the site for in-spection and maintenance according to the fault level after determining the fault level.Experimental tests have shown that the overall average detection accuracy of the system for each device has increased from 69.8%to 85.7%,greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of detection.
