火电机组通常采用机械膨胀指示器检测锅炉及管道启停炉阶段三维膨胀位移情况.通过人工巡检指示器刻度数据,可以发现锅炉及管道升温升压过程中的异常情况,防止发生泄露事故.针对人工巡检锅炉膨胀位移存在的普遍问题,文中提出了一种基于智能识别的锅炉三维膨胀实时在线监测方法,采用一台工业级相机获取一个膨胀测点三维膨胀数据,通过在锅炉现场环境下进行应用实测,验证了该系统数据采集的准确性、实时性和可靠性,用该方法取代原有的人工读数方法,能够有效提高电厂的智能化水平.
Real-time online monitoring system for boiler Three-dimensional expansion based on intelligent rec-ognition
Thermal power units usually use mechanical expansion indicators to detect the three-dimensional expansion displacement of boilers and pipelines during the start-up and shutdown stages.Manual inspection of the indicator scale data can detect abnormalities in the process of heating and pressure rise of boilers and pipelines,thus preventing leakage accidents.In response to the common problems of manual inspection of boiler expansion displacement,this article proposes a three-dimensional real-time online monitoring method for boiler expansion based on intelligent recognition.An industrial-grade camera is used to obtain three-di-mensional expansion data for an expansion measurement point.Through application and measurement in the boiler field environment,the accuracy,real-time performance,and reliability of the system data acquisition are verified.The use of the method could replace the original manual reading method,and can effectively improve the intelligence level of power plants.
