In order to better improve the employment of college graduates,this paper puts forward a method for predicting the employment trend of college graduates.In this method,the gray correlation analysis meth-od is used to measure the gray correlation between the influencing indicators of employment trend of college graduates,and the influencing indicators of employment trend are selected.The method of multiple regres-sion analysis is used to establish the correlation of employment trend influencing indicators,and the employ-ment trend prediction model is constructed.By using the least square method,the multiple regression coef-ficient of the prediction model of college graduates'employment trend is estimated to predict the employ-ment trend of college graduates.The experiment results show that this method has a good prediction effect,which can effectively improve the accuracy of employment trend prediction and shorten the time of employ-ment trend prediction.
