提出一种新型磁通反向横向磁场永磁直线电机,具有更加紧凑的结构;并且电机主要电磁性能均有提升。首先阐述该电机的基本结构和运行原理,其次推导其尺寸,然后通过maxwell有限元软件分析其电磁性能并与相同尺寸的传统磁通反向横向磁场永磁直线电机进行对比,发现其空载反电势幅值由2。8V提升到8。5V;空载磁链幅值由0。0lWb提升到0。028Wb;推力由64N增加到90N。通过解析法推导了其电磁推力;最后,研制了一台样机,测得样机的反电势与推力-电流曲线。理论分析与实验结果吻合,验证了所提新型磁通反向横向磁场永磁直线电机的合理性。
A new type of permanent magnet linear motor with reverse transverse magnetic field
A new type of permanent magnet linear motor with reverse transverse magnetic field is proposed,which has a more compact structure.And the main electromagnetic performance of the motor has been im-proved.Firstly,the basic structure and operating principle of the motor are described,and secondly,its di-mensions are deduced.Then,maxwell finite element software is used to analyze its electromagnetic perform-ance and compare it with the traditional transversal magnetic linear motor of the same size,finding that the amplitude of its no-load back potential is increased from 2.8V to 8.5V,the no-load flux amplitude is in-creased from 0.01 Wb to 0.028Wb,while the Thrust increased from 64N to 90N.The electromagnetic thrust is derived by analytical method.Finally,a prototype is developed,and the back potential and thrust current curves of the prototype are measured.The theoretical analysis is consistent with the experimental re-sults,which verifies the rationality of the proposed new type of permanent magnet linear motor with reverse transverse magnetic field.
