A novel Expert Grid for human resource management and task scheduling
Grid systems combine multiple location-based resources to achieve common goals,with human resources being a crucial asset for organizations and playing a significant role in their success.In this con-text,a new grid architecture called Expert Grid(EG)is proposed,which provides infrastructure for optimal job allocation based on customer requests,aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.Experiment results dem-onstrate that EG reduces idle time for human resources,customer delay time,and overtime for human re-sources,thereby achieving higher levels of customer satisfaction and improving organizational performance.
