摘要

介绍了我国废弃动力锂离子电池正极材料回收利用行业现状以及欧盟《新电池法案》关于废弃电池材料回收的要求.根据产业形势、正极材料回收与修复技术现状,对我国动力锂离子电池正极材料回收利用标准化现状进行分析并提出标准需求,重点对目前在编的两项锂离子电池正极材料回收、修复利用的电子行业标准中回收工艺和修复工艺内容进行研究,探讨了下一步亟待标准规范的内容.

Abstract

This paper introduces the current situation of recycling anode materials of lithium-ion batteries in China and the requirements of the New"Battery Act"of the European Union on recycling waste battery materials.According to the industrial situation and the current status of positive electrode material recycling and repair technology,this paper analyzes the current status of China's power lithium-ion battery positive electrode material recycling and standardization and puts forward standard requirements,focusing on the recovery process and repair process content of the two electronic industry standards for the recovery,repair and utilization of lithium ion battery positive electrode materials currently compiled.The contents that need to be standardized in the next step are discussed.
