摘要
为解决分布式研发团队质量和效率的问题,提出基于GQM方法的分布式研发度量体系.根据GQM方法论,分析分布式研发的特点及痛点问题,从软件的过程规范、质量改进、效率提升、缺陷修复等4个方面,建立度量框架,并通过多指标加权形成研发度量体系.通过在民航电子商务软件的分布式开发模式中应用该体系,识别了各区域公司的薄弱环节,并针对性地进行改进,提高了分布式研发团队的质量和效率.
Abstract
To address the issues of quality and efficiency in distributed R&D teams,a distributed R&D measurement system based on the GQM method is proposed.Based on the GQM methodology,analyze the characteristics and pain points of distributed R&D,establish a measurement framework from four aspects:software process standardization,quality improvement,efficiency improvement and defect repair and form a R&D measurement system through multi indicator weighting.By applying this system in the distributed development mode of civil aviation e-commerce software,the weak links of various regional companies were identified,and targeted improvements were made to improve the quality and efficiency of the distributed R&D team.
