为了解决当前企业生产中人资管理成本大、效率低等问题,介绍了智慧考勤系统的功能架构,详细阐述了公司生态、平台管理端、移动服务端3层的功能,对智慧考勤系统所实现的员工打卡、考勤计算和统计、职能排班、降本增效等功能进行具体分析,从而实现提升企业生产和管理效率,促进员工个人发展的价值,助力企业推进数字化转型.
Abstract
To address the challenges of high human resource management costs and low efficiency in current enterprise production,this paper presents the functional architecture of an intelligent attendance system.It elaborates on the three-tier functionality comprising the company's ecosystem,platform management terminal,and mobile service terminal.Detailed analysis of the system's implementation covers employee clock-in,attendance computation and statistics,job scheduling,cost reduction,and efficiency enhancement.These functionalities aim to enhance both production and managerial efficiency within the enterprise,fostering the individual development of employees while aiding the company's transition towards.
