一贯制质量管理在钢铁企业一总部多基地模式中的应用

随着国家供给侧改革和高质量发展需求,钢铁企业逐步从"小而散"转向"大而强",钢铁企业一总部多基地模式成为发展趋势.围绕钢铁企业高质量发展需求,通过研究管控模式和信息化系统迭代提出在一总部多基地中实现质量管理的"一贯制质量管理"模式,实现企业质量管控的同标准、同品质、同品牌.介绍跨地域分布式扁平化架构关键技术,阐述质量管理系统目标、功能以及特点.一贯制质量管理解决了多基地如何统一管理的问题,也为企业进一步兼并重组提供了快速复制的基础.
Abstract
With the country's supply-side reform and high-quality development needs,iron and steel enterprises have gradually shifted from"small and scattered"to"large and strong",and the model of one headquarters and multiple bases of iron and steel enterprises has become a development trend.Focusing on the high-quality development needs of iron and steel enterprises,through the study of the management and control mode and the iterative information system,the"Consistent Quality Management"model of quality management in one headquarters and multiple bases is proposed,so as to realize the same standard,the same quality and the same brand of enterprise quality control.This paper introduces the key technologies of cross-regional distributed flat architecture,and explains the system objectives,functions,and characteristics.Consistent quality management solves the problem of how to manage multiple bases in a unified manner,and also provides a basis for rapid replication for further mergers and acquisitions of enterprises.
