印刷柔性电子应用于电子纸驱动及背板的研究与实现

针对现有电子纸驱动及背板产品在使用中出现的无法弯折、成本高、污染大等问题,研究了印刷柔性电路技术、印刷柔性电子纸驱动电路及背板结构和印刷材料.通过采用卷对卷印刷工艺实现电子纸驱动电路及背板的生产,使电子纸驱动电路及背板满足轻、薄、柔等特点,并对柔性电子技术应用于阵列式压力传感器、柔性压电式压力传感器等探索,为再生能源企业发展提供方向.
Research and Implementation of Printing Flexible Electronics Applied to e-Paper Driving and Backboard
In response to the problems of inability to bend,high cost and environmental protection in the use of existing e-Paper drivers and backboard products,research was conducted on printing flexible circuit technology,printing flexible e-Paper driver circuits,backboard structures and printing materials.By adopting roll to roll printing technology to achieve the production of e-Ppaper drive circuits and backboards,the e-Paper drive circuits and backboards meet the characteristics of light,thin and flexible.The application of flexible electronic technology to array pressure sensors,flexible piezoelectric pressure sensors,and other applications is explored,providing direction for the development of renewable energy enterprises.
