"智转数改"背景下,为了推进工业现场无纸化改造,工业平板、电子看板等电子显示终端正加速替代传统纸质工单.基于电子纸显示屏技术,设计了一款用于工单显示、仓储盘点信息显示、工作状态实时反馈的工业交互平板,基于433 MHz射频技术、搭配路由机制和图像压缩算法,实现了高性能无线通信,通过软、硬件优化设计实现了系统低功耗,通过生产工单发布、仓库库存盘点等应用场景,助力生产效率的有效提升,加速制造业"智转数改"进程的推进.
Design and Application of Industrial Interactive Tablet Device Based on e-Paper
Under the background of"intelligent revolution",in order to promote paperless transformation of industrial sites,electronic display terminals such as industrial flat panels and electronic signage are accelerating the replacement of traditional paper work orders.An industrial interactive tablet device was designed based on e-Paper display technology for displaying work orders,warehouse inventory information and etc.Real-time feedback of work status can also be provided using this device.433 MHz RF technology was used combined with routing mechanism and image compression algorithm to achieve high-performance wireless communication.Through software and hardware optimization design,the system has achieved low power consumption.The design can be used in the application scenarios such as production work order release and warehouse inventory counting,to effectively improve production efficiency and accelerate the progress of"intelligent transformation and digital transformation"in the manufacturing industry.
