In order to improve data utilization,development and sharing,and accelerate digital transformationthis paper introduces the concept and significance of big data services,clarifies the characteristics of digital transformation,analyzes the application of big data service standards in three fields of health,finance and urban management as examples,and focuses on the first national standard for the capacity building and capacity assessment of data providers in China——"Information technology-Big data-Big data service capacity assessment-Part 1:Evaluation model"of the development process and main contents and its significance to the construction of the ecosystem of bookseller alliance.It helps to improve the efficiency and quality of data processing,and provides strong support for the digital transformation of various industries.
