音频集成电路故障诊断分级及系统构建研究

为配合不同等级主机系统在稳定性、可靠性等方面的不同要求,在调研音频用集成电路(或音频芯片)故障智能诊断现状和趋势的基础上,提出从识别能力、处理能力和上报能力等3个方面综合评估,进而将音频用集成电路故障智能诊断能力等级从低到高分为4个等级的分级方法.并给出了主从协同系统的构架设计、软硬件要求及功能实现方式等方面的具体建议,为提升集成电路产业链竞争力提供支撑.
Research on Fault Diagnosis Classification and System Construction of Audio Integrated Circuit
In order to meet the different requirements of stability and reliability of different levels of host systems,on the basis of investigating the present situation and trend of intelligent fault diagnosis of audio integrated circuits(or audio chips),this paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation from three aspects of recognition ability,processing ability and reporting ability,and then classifies the intelligent fault diagnosis ability of audio integrated circuits into four grades from low to high.The specific suggestions on the architecture design,software and hardware requirements and function realization of the master-slave collaborative system are given to provide support for improving the competitiveness of the integrated circuit industry chain.
