针对现有标准中温差电致冷组件寿命试验方法缺失,通过开展不同热面温度(60℃、65℃、70℃、75℃)下的加速试验验证,分析了最大温差、电阻、最大温差工作电压等关键参数的变化,确定了加速因子,研制形成温差电致冷组件寿命加速试验方法,显著缩短了寿命试验的验证时间,满足了应用发展需求.
Research on the Life Accelerated Test Method of Thermoelectric Cooling Modules
In view of deficiency of the life accelerated test method of thermoelectric cooling modules in existing standards,through the verification of acceleration test under different hot side temperatures(60℃,65℃,70℃,75℃),the maximum temperature difference,resistance variation,optimum operating voltage variation for maxium temperature difference are analyzed.And the acceleration factor is determined,and the accelerated test method is established.The verification time of life test is significantly shortened,which meets the requirements of application development.
