Analysis on the International Standard for Continual Performance Improvement of IT Enabled Services Business Process Outsourcing
Through the analysis of ISO/IEC 30105-8:2022 Information technology-IT Enabled Services-Business Process Outsourcing(ITES-BPO)lifecycle processes-Part 8:Continual performance improvement(CPI)of ITES-BPO,this paper introduces the relationship between CPI and ISO/IEC 30105,the content of CPI methodology,lifecycle continual performance improvement(LCPI)based on CPI methodology,as well as the implications to implement CPI methodology on work product outputs.This article summarizes the practicality and innovation of continual performance improvement of ITES-BPO.ITES-BPO service providers can implement CPI methodology to identify business issues and threats and implement performance improvement plans,thus improve service delivery.
