摘要

通过对ISO/IEC 30105-8:2022《信息技术 IT赋能服务业务过程外包(ITES-BPO)生存周期过程 第8部分:ITES-BPO的持续绩效改进》的解析,介绍了CPI与ISO/IEC 30105的关系、CPI评估法内容、CPI评估法的构成要素及实施步骤、基于CPI评估法的生存周期持续绩效改进(LCPI),以及实施CPI评估法对工作产出(WP)的影响,阐述了ITES-BPO的持续绩效改进的实用性和创新性.使用CPI评估法,可以识别ITES-BPO服务提供方的业务问题和风险并实施绩效改进计划,从而改进服务交付.

Abstract

Through the analysis of ISO/IEC 30105-8:2022 Information technology-IT Enabled Services-Business Process Outsourcing(ITES-BPO)lifecycle processes-Part 8:Continual performance improvement(CPI)of ITES-BPO,this paper introduces the relationship between CPI and ISO/IEC 30105,the content of CPI methodology,lifecycle continual performance improvement(LCPI)based on CPI methodology,as well as the implications to implement CPI methodology on work product outputs.This article summarizes the practicality and innovation of continual performance improvement of ITES-BPO.ITES-BPO service providers can implement CPI methodology to identify business issues and threats and implement performance improvement plans,thus improve service delivery.
