摘要
国家电力投资集团已经建设了多个数据平台,各数据平台技术体系互不相同,且能力存在重复建设、数据标准不规范、数据指标口径不统一、数据资产的价值没有被充分挖掘等问题.基于数据中台统一架构的理念,搭建经营管理系统,充分进行数据集成,并以财务、战略投资、产业产能等为试点应用进行数据指标建设,从而有效推动集团数字化转型.
Abstract
The State Power Investment Corporation(SPIC)has constructed multiple data platforms,each with distinct technical systems,leading to issues such as redundant construction,non-standardized data practices,inconsistent data metrics and underexploited value of data assets.With the concept of a unified data middle platform architecture,a management and operational system is being built to fully integrate data.Pilot applications for data metric construction are being conducted in areas such as finance,strategic investment,and industrial capacity,thereby effectively promoting the group's digital transformation.
