基于数据中台的企业数据治理路径研究

摘要
针对数字经济时代企业存在数据孤岛、数据标准不统一和互通共享不充分等问题,设计了一种数据中台架构,并探讨了数据中台"采、存、管、用"4个方面在企业数据治理过程中发挥的作用.在此基础上,提出了企业数据治理3个阶段任务,形成数据治理的具体实施路径,为企业建设数据中台、制定数据治理路径、赋能生产和助力数字化转型提供了经验借鉴.
Abstract
Aiming at the issue of data silos,inconsistent data standards and limited data sharing among enterprises in the digital economy era,this paper puts forward a data platform architecture and examines its significance in enterprise data governance from four perspectives:collection,storage,management and application.Furthermore,a three-stage framework for enterprise data governance is proposed,outlining a concrete implementation pathway for effective data governance.The framework provides valuable insights and guidance for enterprises aiming to establish robust data platforms,formulate comprehensive data governance strategies,enhance production capabilities,and facilitate digital transformation.
