摘要
针对汽车工厂场景结构复杂、建模作业不规范、模型质量不统一等问题,研究并提出了数字孪生工厂三维建模的技术路径和实施作业参考标准,阐述了工厂布局信息收集、数模库调用等方面的正向工业模型创建;介绍了模型创建、数据处理、模型输出、模型交付等维度的逆向工业模型创建;给出了数字孪生工厂标准模型库建设的规则要求,支撑工厂有效使用和管理基础模型.
Abstract
A technical pathway and implementation standards for 3D modeling of digital twin factories have been proposed to address issues such as complex structures,irregular modeling practices and inconsistent model quality in automotive factories.The document elaborates on the creation of forward models encompassing factory layout information collection and digital library integrations.It also outlines the construction of reverse models encompassing model creation,data processing,model output and model delivery.Furthermore,it presents the rules and requirements for developing a standard model library for digital twin factories,thereby supporting the effective utilization and management of foundational models within the factory.
